I had to create a soap with a positive phrase inside to battle mine after my emergency c-section. my thoughts were horrible. I was in physical pain and had a newborn(like many women) no 1 thing worked. I feel you. I'm a sleepy new mom and have no idea how to do this but I can say its nice reading your stuff I feel more normal if that even exists. signed, stll sleepy LOL its hard.
